They say that the key to a long-lasting, happy relationship stems from having lots in common with a loved one – but perhaps serial killing isn’t the first mutual hobby you would jump to.

Solent TV’s latest production, ‘Til Death, is both controversial and comedic in telling the story of two neighbours, united over their love for killing members of the local community.

But it all turns very dark when one of them kills the wrong guy.

The series, written and directed by real-life partners Rob Jones and Hayley Smith, will have the first episode previewed exclusively at Southampton Solent University this coming October.

Producer, Hayley, said: “It’s such an exciting opportunity for people to finally see all the hard work we’ve put into this project. We’re very proud of the series and we definitely think it showcases the talents of all the cast and crew at their very best.”

The four-part dark drama, which has become the flagship project for Solent TV, has been created entirely by Solent students, graduates and staff.

The production, which stars Isla Carter and Jonny McPherson, as the lead killers, will be screened at the university on 30th October before being released to the general public on the Solent TV website, Halloween, 31st October.
